Cellanie Farms is a family owned-and-operated produce farm in south central Wisconsin growing nutrient dense food using principles of regenerative agriculture. Our transparent practices encourage consumers to closely consider how and where their food is grown. Inspired by their young children, husband-and-wife team Nic and Betsy Stapel observed their back yard garden transform into a hub for family and community connection. At the same time, the couple learned more about the benefits of regenerative farming, specifically the relationships of soil health to the nutritional content of food, and downstream implications to human and environmental health. These important connections among a healthy community, a healthy environment, and healthy people are the foundation of Cellanie Farms’ mission.
