Golfers: The golfer fee includes 18 holes of golf, a golf cart, box lunch and clubhouse dinner, hole contests, raffle prizes and awards.
Hole Sponsors: Sponsorship includes promotional sign at a hole and promotional recognition. Hole sponsors are encouraged to have an activity or game at their hole, so you may need 1-2 staff to run your hole. Sponsors will need to bring all supplies including a chair, table and tent. Check in at the hole sponsorship table where you will be assigned your hole (if you haven't been assigned one already) and escorted to your assigned spot. Setup starts at 9:30-11:00 a.m. Golfing should end at approximately 3:30 p.m.
Golf Cart, Clubhouse, Awards and Raffle Sponsorships are also available and include clubhouse promotional signage and program recognition. And if your business would like to donate a raffle prize, please let us know at office@waunakeechamber.com.
*The Meadows of Sixmile Creek will provide each paying single golfer a voucher for a round of golf in the event of a complete rainout. This will be valid for one year from date issued with one week advance reservation. No other refunds given. "No shows" will be charged.
