GOLF CLASSIC REGISTRATION IS SOLD OUT

Shotgun Start @ 11am at The Meadows of Sixmile .

Here is what you can expect during the outing.

Golfer registration – Available starting at 10:00 am. Upon arriving, please check in at the registration table located outside the Clubhouse (weather permitting). We ask that each member of your team check in. You will receive your raffle tickets/mulligans, we plan to have lunches on your golf cart (if you have a requested a dietary lunch, you will need to pick it up in the clubhouse)
Drop off your clubs – Please find your assigned golf cart.
1. We will have Yard Sticks for sale at $40.00 a team (for those putts that fall short of the hole).
2. We will have a 50/50 raffle: (working on the ticket prize)
3. Raffle for items, (so bring your cash; an ATM is located inside the Clubhouse).
Golf – The shotgun starts promptly at 11:00 am. Please be in your cart and ready to go. You can find your designated starting hole in your assigned golf chart.
Enjoy a variety of games at the holes – It is all fun and games here, folks. Businesses from Chamber Members will have a variety of activities planned and goodies to give out.
Golfers must be off the course at 5:00 pm, be sure your raffle tickets are in for the prizes by 4:30pm. Staff will pull tickets at 5ish.
19^th Hole BBQ –Starts at 4:00; Time to celebrate the day! Our menu includes Italian Beef, smoked pulled chicken and cheese tortellini, chips and dip, fruit tray, pasta salad and a harvest salad (feta, craisins, candied pecans and balsamic dressing with Spring Mix.) …YUM!
There will be a cash bar, and networking with your fellow golfers, as we announce our trophy winners and check to see what prizes you won.
Posting on social media– As you’re posting to social media before, during and after the event, be sure to tag the Waunakee Chamber

CAN DROP OFF THE SUPPLIES AT THE MEADOWS OF SIXMILE CREEK ON TUESDAY (OR MONDAY) WITH NAME OF BUSINESS AND HOLE. STAFF WILL HAVE YOUR SUPPLIES OUT TO YOUR HOLE ON WEDNESDAY MORNING FOR YOU TO SET UP. IF YOU DID NOT GET AN EMAIL WITH INFORMATION PLEASE REACH OUT TO THE CHAMBER.
