Job Description:

We are seeking a customer and team oriented professional to join our Waunakee Office as a Personal Banker! A Personal Banker is responsible for delivering a premier customer experience that is second to none by helping out our customers with just about all of their consumer/retail banking needs! The Personal Banker will provide new and existing customers with resources and solutions to serve all their financial needs and will work to grow relationships that are mutually beneficial for the customer and bank. The primary responsibility for this position will be to develop and nurture customer relationships. Hours for this position will be 8:45am-5:15pm Monday – Friday at Waunakee office. Flexibility in scheduling may be needed on occasion.

Experience Required:

Associates Degree in a related field and/or 2 years equivalent work experience in a customer services/sales environment Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interact and communicate with a diverse group of clients. Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to make good decisions
